As a prep chef at Sweet Paris, you are the foundation of our kitchen's success. This role requires a mastery of consistency and a high energy pace; you ensure that our kitchen is fully stocked and prepared to handle the rush of a busy day without ever compromising our gold standard for freshness.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare our signature crepe batters and house made sauces from scratch, following exact recipes for perfect consistency.
- Execute high volume vegetable, fruit, and protein prep (chopping, slicing, cooking, and portioning) with professional skills and attention to details.
- Monitoring stock levels and ensure all prep items are labeled, rotated (FIFO), and stored according to health and safety standards.
- Communicate to management the needs of the kitchen
- Anticipate the needs of the Crepe Crafters to ensure they need to they never run out of the ingredients needed for a seamless shift, especially during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED
- Able to lift over 30lbs
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification (can be obtained if hired)
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent organizational skills
Compensation: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
